I have been working with NewSound Hearing Centers since 2016 and have over 15 years of medical experience. As a Regional Administrative Coordinator, I strive to bring a better hearing life to each patient by making them comfortable the second they enter our office. I strongly believe that first impressions set the mood, and everyone should have a great experience when visiting our office. I like to ensure each patient they will receive the best care. My name is Kimberly, and I’m a Hearing Instrument Specialist. My biggest passion is helping those in need and my ultimate goal is to help provide our patients with a better quality of life. I am glad to have found a company that aligns their vision with mine. I am currently in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist which will expand my knowledge and experience in the field to provide exceptional service to those in need of hearing aids. Being bilingual gives me an advantage to better help and understand people in our community. I welcome anyone to our office so we can start taking care of you today!
